Pil Gammelgaard is responsible for administration and functions as a central administrative key person at Romme Advokatfirma. With extensive organizational experience and a keen eye for structure and quality, she ensures that the office is run efficiently and that both clients and lawyers experience smooth and professional case processing.
Pil is responsible for a wide range of administrative functions, including bookkeeping, HR-related tasks, billing, invoicing and the daily operation of the office. She also handles correspondence with clients, counterparties and the court, coordinates administrative processes and ensures that all case files and documents are filed correctly and in a timely manner.
As a link between administration and law, Pil also assists the lawyers with various practical and coordinating tasks, which contributes to efficient case processing and a high level of service to clients. Her solid experience from previous administrative roles – combined with an academic background – makes her a competent, independent and reliable support function in the firm's daily work.
