We advise Danish and international companies within litigation, corporate law, employment law, insurance and tort law, IP and marketing law, compliance, and agreement and contract law.
A significant part of our business also consists of specialized and industry-specific advice to the aviation industry. We advise a wide range of companies in the sector, including international and Danish airlines, airports and other companies related to aviation. The advice spans regulatory, commercial and tort law issues.
We also handle a significant number of legal cases for airlines, including in particular cases concerning passenger rights and compensation under EU Regulation 261/2004. Litigation is therefore a natural and essential part of our everyday work.
