Emma Petersen

Emma is an assistant attorney and advises both companies and individuals in the fields of aviation, tort law, employment law and conflict resolution. She works on legal issues that often involve complex assessments of liability, rights and disputes, and she is known for her clear communication, strong legal overview and solution-oriented approach.

In the aviation area, Emma assists in particular in cases concerning flight delays and passenger rights, including handling EU 261 claims and the associated compensation and liability assessments. In the employment and labour law area, she assists throughout the entire employment relationship lifecycle – from drafting and reviewing contracts to preventing and handling conflicts, including terminations, cooperation problems and issues regarding the working environment.

Conflict resolution is a natural part of Emma's work. She handles negotiations and assists in legal cases, where she works strategically and purposefully to ensure the best solution for clients – both in the form of settlements and the implementation of actual legal processes.
