Henning Romme-Mølby

Henning Romme-Mølby is owner and partner at Romme Law Firm.

Henning has a unique interdisciplinary profile, combining practical experience from the cockpit with legal and managerial expertise. He is a former pilot and air captain and has subsequently worked as legal director and deputy director responsible for compliance in an international aviation group with five airlines. Before establishing Romme Law Firm, he was a partner in a specialized law firm focusing on aviation, employment law and corporate law. His interest in law dates back to his time as a police officer.

Today, Henning advises both Danish and international companies with particular expertise in aviation, contracts, compliance, liability, employment law, compensation and regulatory matters. With deep industry insight and many years of practical commercial experience, he assists clients in everything from complex negotiations and disputes to strategic compliance and risk advice. He has also worked on EU 261 litigation since the introduction of the regulation and has built up an extensive and specialized practice in the area.
