Buying and selling real estate

The advice includes, among other things, the preparation and review of purchase agreements, negotiation of commercial terms, due diligence, land registration and handling of legal matters in connection with property transactions.

Commercial lease law

We assist landlords and tenants with legal issues regarding commercial leases. The advice includes, among other things, the preparation and negotiation of commercial leases, rent regulation, maintenance obligations, assignment, termination and cancellation, and handling disputes between landlords and tenants.

Project development 

We provide legal advice in connection with the development, construction and renovation of real estate. The advice includes, among other things, project and collaboration agreements, contractual relations between the construction parties, risk allocation, authority relations and handling legal challenges throughout the various phases of construction.

Easements and neighboring rights

We advise on rights and restrictions related to real estate, including easements, rights of use, access conditions and neighboring law issues. We assist with, among other things, the interpretation, amendment and enforcement of easements as well as handling conflicts about property boundaries, common areas and the use of real estate.

Construction law

We advise clients, contractors and other players in the construction industry on construction law matters. The advice includes, among other things, the preparation and interpretation of construction contracts, AB 18, ABT 18 and ABR 18, delays, additional work, defects, daily penalty claims and liability, as well as the handling of conflicts and disputes in connection with construction projects.

Defects in real estate

We advise buyers, sellers and property owners on defects in real estate and the legal consequences thereof. We assist with, among other things, the assessment of hidden defects and defects, seller liability, advisor liability, proportional rejection, compensation claims and disputes regarding the condition of the property and agreed characteristics.

Real estate investments

We advise investors and companies on legal matters related to investing in real estate. We assist with legal due diligence, assessment of the property's contractual and legal conditions, review of lease agreements, easements and other encumbrances, and structuring and implementing real estate investments.

Owners' associations

We advise homeowners' associations, landowners' associations and property owners on legal matters regarding shared properties and areas. The advice includes, among other things, the interpretation and amendment of articles of association, general meetings, decision-making authority, maintenance obligations, allocation of expenses and handling of internal disputes.
