Marcus Romme-Mølby

Marcus Romme-Mølby is an assistant attorney and advises companies in particular within corporate law, contract law, compliance, tort law, and IP and marketing law.

 

Within corporate law, Marcus assists with, among other things, formations, amendments, general meetings, transfers and other transactions. In the area of contract law, he advises on the preparation, negotiation and interpretation of commercial agreements.

 

Marcus also assists companies in commercial disputes, including disputes regarding the interpretation and performance of agreements, insurance coverage and other commercial disputes. In this context, he advises on both the initial assessment of claims and risks, negotiation with counterparties and the further handling of compensation claims.

 

Marcus also advises on the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights, including in particular trademarks, copyright, image rights, company names and other characteristics, as well as on marketing law issues.

 

Before joining Romme Law Firm, he gained several years of experience from one of Denmark's largest law firms, where he worked with corporate law, contracts, compliance, IP, IT and marketing law.
