Marcus Romme-Mølby

Marcus Romme-Mølby is an assistant attorney and advises companies in particular within corporate law, contract law, and IP and marketing law.

Within corporate law, Marcus assists with, among other things, foundations, ownership, changes in corporate law, general meetings and other corporate legal transactions. In the area of contract law, he advises on the preparation, negotiation and interpretation of commercial agreements and helps companies ensure clear and robust contractual frameworks.

Marcus also advises on the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights, including in particular trademarks, copyright, image rights, company names and other characteristics, as well as on marketing law issues.

Before joining Romme Law Firm, he gained several years of experience from one of Denmark's largest law firms, where he worked with corporate law, contracts, IP, IT and marketing law.
