Sebastian Løkkegaard Larrain

Sebastian Løkkegaard Larrain is an assistant attorney with a special focus on EU law, aviation law and litigation. He mainly advises airlines in cases concerning air passenger rights and compensation under EU Regulation 261/2004 and assists with both the legal assessment of claims and the subsequent handling of disputes and lawsuits.

His work includes, among other things, the assessment of flight delays, cancellations and other operational disruptions as well as the EU legal issues that arise in connection with the interpretation and application of the rules on air passenger rights. Sebastian also works extensively with procedural law and assists with the preparation of procedural documents, legal research and the preparation and conduct of legal proceedings.

Sebastian has gained considerable experience with EU law issues from previous positions and therefore has a strong foundation for handling cases where EU law plays a role. The combination of EU law expertise and litigation experience makes him particularly strong in complex aviation law disputes.
